Job summary

MedVet is a fast-growing Emergency and Specialty provider seeking a Radiology Veterinary Assistant to join our clinical team in Cincinnati. You will perform radiology procedures and contribute to high-quality patient care, while collaborating with a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, imaging (radiographs, CTs, ultrasound, MRIs), managing appointments and documentation, and delivering exceptional MedVet service and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Prior MRI and radiology experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior veterinary experience preferred.
  • Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.).
  • Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Inspire, teach, multitask and be a highly functional team member
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and complete

We are looking for: Radiology Veterinary Assistant
Our radiology veterinary assistants need to have critical thinking skills, attention to detail and the ability multitask within a strong team environment. This team focuses on developing strong client and patient relationships due to many cases requiring daily treatments. You must be able to drive the MedVet experience of excellent patient care and compassion.
