Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Washington seeks a candidate enrolled in an ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology program to perform diagnostic imaging procedures under supervision. The role is limited to static imaging; fluoroscopy and surgical exams are out of scope.

Candidates must obtain Washington X-Ray Technician Registration or Temporary Practice Permit at hire, maintain BLS certification, and complete at least six months in the ARRT program.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology training program.
• Upon hire: Washington X-Ray Technician Registration or Temporary Practice Permit.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Six months enrolled in ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology program for at least six months.

Job description

Performs a variety of technical procedures under the supervision of a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and/or Radiologist. Applies prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging examinations and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required. **Scope of practice is limited to static imaging only. Fluoroscopy and Surgical exams are out of scope for this job description.**
