Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA, seeks an experienced radiologic technologist to independently perform diagnostic radiographic exams across adults, geriatric, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patients. You will apply ionizing radiation and work under the direction of a Radiologist to support high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an accredited radiology program or equivalent.
• Eligible for Washington Radiologic Technologist license at hire.
• National certification from ARRT at hire.
• AHA BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs diagnostic radiographic exams across adults, geriatrics, adolescents, pediatrics and neonates.
• Operates radiology equipment with ionizing radiation following safety protocols.
• Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains patient comfort, positioning, and image quality while upholding safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degreeor two year Technical Program.
• Completion of approved Radiology Technologist Training Program or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Radiology experience.
