AdventHealth in Kansas is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a StaffFlex contract. This full-time day shift (7:00am–5:30pm) includes on-call Thursdays and every 4th Friday–Sunday. You will perform imaging procedures, position patients, and work with radiologists for accurate diagnoses.
Requirements include an AMA-approved Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT, BLS, and English fluency with basic computer skills. On-site role with competitive benefits from day one.

Radiology Technologist, StaffFlex contract $51.53/hr Full-time (40hrs): 7:00am - 5:30p (off on Tuesdays) Open availability
On call every Thursday and every 4th Friday - Sunday. Holiday call requirement is Christmas Weekend Requirement Details: every 4th weekend call OR Xray experience [Preferred] Other duties as assigned.
Performs radiographic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Positions, moves, and assists patients to ensure accurate imaging results. Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, monitors, and medical equipment. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to perform scans on patients of all ages, adapting protocols as necessary. Screens patients for any contrast allergies and ensures proper identification of patients prior to performing exams. Educates patients about the imaging procedure and addresses any concerns they may have. Practices infection control standards and utilizes approved procedures to ensure patient and staff safety. Maintains a properly stocked, organized, and clean imaging room. Performs clerical duties, including answering telephones, completing patient records, filing, and scheduling. Monitors patient condition and cares for patient comfort, safety, and privacy during imaging procedures. Obtains and documents patient history and explains procedures to patients. Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging services.
