Qualifications

• ARRT diagnostic radiology certification is required
• State licensure is preferred where applicable
• BLS required at hire for certain locations

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and lab results for imaging
• Position patient to optimize anatomy while ensuring comfort
• Apply radiation protection to minimize exposure
• Operate imaging equipment to perform radiographic procedures
• Verify informed consent and document pre/post details
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic procedures
• Prepare and administer medications/contrast as prescribed
