Qualifications

• Associate degree from an ARRT-accredited institute is preferred.
• ARRT Certification and State Licensure as required or preferred.
• BLS from American Heart Association required at hire for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and lab information for licensed practitioner use.
• Position and immobilize patient to optimize imaging.
• Apply radiation protection principles to minimize exposure.
• Operate imaging equipment to perform radiographic procedures.
• Verify informed consent and document pre/post procedure steps.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and radiography procedures.
