OrthoVirginia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our orthopedic team. You will perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in a high-quality outpatient setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety while delivering clear, accurate images.

Qualifications

  • Virginia Radiologic Technologist License required.
  • ARRT Certification required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • 1+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and position patients for radiographic procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy.
  • Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and obtain high-quality digital images.
  • Operate radiographic and C-arm equipment safely and effectively.
  • Review images for technical quality, anatomical accuracy, and proper patient identification.
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and industry best practices to minimize exposure.
  • Maintain examination rooms and imaging equipment to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Assist with additional clinical and departmental responsibilities as needed.
