Job summary

AdventHealth in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures and direct patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will position and operate radiographic equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain infection control while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires ARRT RT(R) registration, BLS, and preferred associate/bachelor degrees. PRN Day shifts are available, with a pay range noted.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members, and others of diverse backgrounds.
• Moves, positions, and manipulates radiographic equipment to complete requested procedures safely.
• Performs direct patient care duties within the technologist’s scope of practice, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patient, and using proper infection control techniques.
• Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
• Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Cross-trains into advanced modalities as needed.

Job Description:

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Certified Radiologic Tech (R.T. -CERT) [Required]

$23.94 - $44.53
