To provide high-quality imaging procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful, efficient, safe, and clean environment.
Formal Education / Training: Radiologic Technology diploma or degree; compliance with CE requirements.
BLS: Required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience: Preferably at least one year in a clinical setting post-graduation; training available.
Equipment and Skills: Knowledge of various x-ray equipment and computers; training provided for specific Williamson Health procedures; experience with fluoroscopy, surgery, and routine studies preferred.
Physical Environment: Radiation safety and universal precautions practiced.
Physical Effort: Ability to manipulate equipment, assist patient movement, lift 20 pounds, communicate effectively, make decisions in emergencies, and maintain emotional stability.
