Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs, including OR, fluoroscopy, Dexa, and EOS, under the direction of the Radiology Director and Manager to support accurate patient diagnoses.

The role emphasizes safe technique, patient history documentation, and collaboration with physicians for optimal care within a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology Technology program and registry eligible.
• Two years Radiology Technology experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality radiographs with appropriate exposure to ensure proper penetration.
• Operate OR/C-arms and portable machines efficiently.
• Supervise and teach Radiology students during their clinical rotations.
• Communicate technical information clearly to patients and staff.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
