Job summary

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures, operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare the room with the necessary supplies for each exam.

You will contribute to quality control, support infection control, and collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, compassionate imaging services to patients in the Seacoast region.

Qualifications

• BCLS obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
• Associate Degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
• Maintains patient comfort and adheres to proper safety procedures.
• Assists in maintaining budgeted supply expense.
• Maintains current licensure and certification for radiology equipment and licensure.
