Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Part-Time, Per Diem) to perform high-quality radiographic exams under the Radiologist's direction. The role requires ARRT-approved education and BLS, with at least 2 years of Rad Tech I experience.

You’ll work nights and weekends, coordinate patient care, and ensure radiation safety. Compensation ranges from $30.70 to $46.05 per hour, with the potential for shift differentials and per diem benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Rad Tech I experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and position patients correctly.
• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Check requisitions and consult with Radiologist as needed.
• Prepare medications/contrast materials under supervision.
• Verify patient identity and document medical history.
• Coordinate daily activities and clerical duties in radiology.
