Job summary

CareNow in Richmond, VA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiologic and basic lab duties with a patient-centered approach. This full-time role may require PRN shifts and occasional cross-location coverage.

You will work with clinic staff, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to state regulations and company policies. ARRT certification and BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• ARRT Certification and state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start; Breath Alcohol and Drug Screening certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic and basic lab duties in accordance with license; assist with front desk tasks as assigned.
• Take x-ray views per provider orders; document patient records and process specimens.
• Support front desk duties: greet patients, check in/out, End of Day close.
• Maintain, calibrate and perform controls on lab/x-ray equipment daily; report artifacts.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
