Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Shawnee Mission campus in Kansas. This full-time night shift role requires performing radiographic imaging procedures, assisting patients, and maintaining safety standards.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants. The position involves 4 x 10-hour night shifts (Tue-Fri 2030p-0630a) and work at the Shawnee Mission campus, with responsibilities including patient care, equipment operation, and accurate EMR/PACS

Qualifications

High school grad or equivalent required.
Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ year radiology experience preferred/required depending on unit.
Must read, write and speak conversational English.
Knowledge of radiology software (EPIC, PACS) and patient positioning.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic imaging procedures with high-quality results.
Move and position patients and equipment safely.
Provide basic patient care within scope of practice and adhere to infection control guidelines.
Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure equipment safety checks.
Document procedures accurately in EMR/PACS and communicate with care team.
