Job summary

Responsibilities include patient care, equipment operation, charting in EMR/PACS, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. On-site in Shawnee Mission, KS; candidates must have ARRT and CPR credentials.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad or Equiv Required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 1+ year radiology experience preferred; ARRRT certification required/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients and staff.
• Position radiographic equipment for procedures safely and efficiently.
• Provide direct patient care within technologist scope and monitor patient condition.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure equipment safety and calibration.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
