Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging including Surgery and Trauma.
• One year post-certification experience to evaluate or instruct student radiographers.
• Ability to analyze data, techniques and equipment to ensure accurate information.
• Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and x-ray equipment operations.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of health care concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures meeting department standards.
• Position patients and equipment to produce safe, timely images.
• Monitor patient condition and assist during procedures.
• Maintain EMR/PACS documentation and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
