Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological technology program.
• Registered by ARRT or registry eligible; licensed by MA Department of Public Health (Radiation Control).
• CPR certification and ongoing compliance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and position radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Monitor patient safety and apply ALARA principles during procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain needed histories in English.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain patient data, labels, and images for PACS submission.
• Assist with quality control and adherence to regulations and policies.
