Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic imaging as part of ANMC clinics. You will work under limited supervision to acquire diagnostic images and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Responsibilities include positioning, prepping patients, assisting radiologists, and documenting in the electronic medical record. The role requires ARRT registration and an Associate’s Degree in diagnostic radiography,

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; ARRT registry within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of radiography principles and patient safety.
• Ability to deliver compassionate patient care in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging exams per department procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast agents when required.
• Maintain infection control and ALARA principles.
• Log data into EMR and update PACS with exam results.
• Assist radiologists and other staff; provide teleradiology support as needed.
