Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Radiology Technologist II in Bridgton, ME for day or night shifts. The role performs radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, and special procedures per department protocols, interfacing with customers to meet imaging needs and promoting teamwork.

The candidate will participate in PI/QC activities, support Performance Improvement, and may oversee staff in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Must have state licensure and fluoroscopy permit.
• National certifications in two modalities.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiar with state and federal regulations.
• One year of Acute Clinical Radiography.
• Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiography, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, or Special Procedures per department protocols.
• Interfaces with customers to address imaging needs and promote teamwork.
• Participates in PI/QC activities and supports the Performance Improvement program.
• Oversees radiology area and/or staff in Manager's/Director's absence.
• Maintains department supplies and handles scheduling for assigned sub departments.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
