Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide radiology expertise and hands-on clinical support in our fast-paced urgent care clinics. You will help ensure accurate imaging and high-quality patient care across the team.

The role requires ARRT licensure, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of radiology experience. You will collaborate with radiologists, perform imaging studies, triage patients, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while supporting a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensed with ARRT.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1–2 years in radiology and patient care, preferably urgent care.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform radiologic procedures per ARRT protocols.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment with ALARA.
• Position patients for imaging and document studies in EMR/PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation and outside requests.
• Efficiently switch between RT and Medical Assistant duties.
• Conduct triage, vital signs, history, and observations.
• Provide lab and diagnostic testing as needed.
• Maintain clean, sterile exam rooms and instruments.
• Support onboarding and training for clinic staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
• Manage radiology supply inventory and place orders.
• Ensure equipment is operational via preventive maintenance.
• Participate in QA/QC studies to uphold standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and external providers.
