Qualifications

• Completion of AMA-approved Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT registration or registry-eligible within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Document patient history on requisition submitted by physician.
• Confirm patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Consult with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.
• Select and operate equipment and ensure correct anatomic positioning.
• Maintain records as required by departmental standards.
