Qualifications

• 0-1 years of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures independently, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
• Maintain ALARA principles and participate in Image Gently/Image Wisely programs to minimize exposure.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, confirm patient identity, and explain procedures for comfort.
• Demonstrate population-appropriate competencies for patient demographics.
• Clean and maintain imaging equipment per infection control protocols.
• Ensure availability and proper organization of supplies and equipment.
• Inserts IV catheters for contrast injections during CT/MRI per policy.
• Scan and verify documents into PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Communicate effectively with peers, staff, physicians, leaders, and administration.
• Identify and mitigate artifacts to ensure image quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies and standards.
