Schedule: The hours may vary depending on scheduling needs. We have 3 shifts: 7:30-4:00, 7:45-4:15, and 8:00-4:30.

Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Float between 2 locations: OHP, 1264 Howard Gap Rd, Hendersonville and 106 Henderson Crossing, Hendersonville

The Role You’ll Contribute

Perform radiology exams and document proper charges in at least one modality.

The Value You’ll Bring to the Team

• Instruct and prepare patients for x-ray and other examinations.
• Perform routine and special radiographic examinations; cross-train in at least one other modality.
• Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment to minimize hazards.
• Determine appropriate anatomical postures, positions, and shielding.
• Assess patient pain interfering with imaging and contact physicians for intervention if needed.
• Perform all patient care aspects in a safe environment to reduce errors.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited 2-year Allied Health program
• Registered in ARRT or specific modality
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
