Job summary

South Shore Health in Milton, MA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform interpretive, patient care and technical functions to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis.

This role offers new competitive pay rates, generous shift differentials, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for all full-time roles. Flexible day, evening or night shifts with no call available, plus free parking and start‑day medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved two-year program.
• Six (6) months to be fully proficient.
• RT- Radiography Technology license (MA) or RT Temp license (MA).

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and explain prep for examinations.
• Explain post-procedural instructions to patient or family.
• Explain procedure instructions and ensure patient safety during radiographic procedures.
• Prepare and operate radiographic, fluoroscopy and digital imaging equipment as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and document required information in medical records.
• Follow radiation protection practices to minimize exposure.
