Job summary

South Shore Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join its imaging team. The role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.

The position offers day, evening or night shifts with no on-call requirements. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time roles, and benefits start day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education - Preferred Graduate of an approved two-year program.
• Minimum Work Experience Six (6) months to be fully proficient.
• Required Licenses / Registrations: MA state license and ARRT Radiography Registration within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures to insure proper radiologic diagnosis.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging.
• Prepare and operate radiography equipment and accessories.
• Verify patient identity and document imaging results in the medical record.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies.
