Job summary

Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures and demonstrate anatomy/physiology for interpretation while upholding radiation safety principles.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, Florida licensure, ARRT certification, and current BLS. You will contribute to quality patient care, collaborate with clinicians, and support QC

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Valid Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure.
ARRT certification.
Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
C-Arm experience a plus/preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and/or physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
Exhibits professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor aligned with quality care.
Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
Adheres to state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.
Assists in supervision of student technologists and training of new technologists.
