Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Baptist South for part-time evening shifts (Mon-Wed 5:00pm-2:00am). You will prepare rooms, position patients, and capture diagnostic images that guide clinical decisions.

You will collaborate with nurses and physicians, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate care. Licensing requirements include BLS and ARRT/RCIS, with ACLS preferred.

Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Diagnostic Imaging Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL.

Part-Time Evenings opportunity working Monday-Wednesday 5:00pm-2:00am

As a Radiology Technologist, your day will consist of prepping rooms and positioning patients to capture clear diagnostic images that guide clinical decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure every patient receives safe, accurate, and compassionate care.

This Radiology Technologist Will Be Responsible For

• Performing high-quality radiographic procedures.


• Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.


• Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.


• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.


• Comfortable with Pediatrics


• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner, by state and federal regulations, or Lawful institutional policy.

Preferred Experience

Licenses And Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required


• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, ARRT (CI) Required OR


• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required OR


• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required OR


• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required OR


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
