Zusammenfassung

AdventHealth is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures, position patients, and ensure quality images while adhering to radiation safety and infection control standards. You will document findings in EMR/PACS and assist with equipment readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining exam rooms, collaborating with providers, and supporting patient comfort and safety. Requires ARRT-RT certification and 1 year post-certification experience.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledgeable in Diagnostic Imaging including Surgery and Trauma (Required)
• Experience as Radiologic Technologist (Preferred)
• One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and instruct student radiographers (Required)
• Ability to analyze data, techniques, and quality control to ensure accurate information (Required)

Aufgaben

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures and ensure high-quality images meet department standards.
• Move, position, and operate radiographic equipment safely.
• Monitors patient condition, assists during procedures, and maintains patient comfort.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and ensure proper infection control.
• Document accurately in EMR and PACS systems.
• Notify staff when inventory is low and assist with equipment safety checks.
