Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a certified Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while delivering compassionate patient care. You will operate radiographic equipment, ensure safety, maintain clean exam rooms, and document in EMR/PACS, contributing to high-quality imaging services.

The role emphasizes teamwork, radiation safety, and ongoing education to stay current with imaging modalities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Diagnostic Radiologic Procedures/Positions
• One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers
• Ability to learn and use radiology software packages such as Cerner, Radnet, PACS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures with high-quality results meeting department standards.
• Position patients and equipment, selecting technical factors to ensure safe, timely exams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS and ensure patient privacy and comfort.
