Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiology program.
• ARRT certification and state licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical radiology experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at Banner Scottsdale Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures and analysis per departmental guidelines.
• Educates patients/families regarding procedure and risk factors.
• Produces high quality images and maintains documentation.
• Assists with prescribed invasive/interventional procedures if applicable.
• Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements.
• Maintains a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adheres to ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements.
• Supports department workflow and inventory to avoid service interruptions.
