Job summary

Brookwood Baptist Health in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with emphasis on patient safety and quality results. The role requires adherence to radiation safety principles and accurate documentation, with a schedule including Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts from 7:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m. You will supervise student technologists as needed and operate radiology information systems, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and/or physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
• Maintains professional judgment and a demeanor aligned with quality care.
• Provides patient care with focus on safety and successful procedure completion.
• Complies with state and federal regulations for each modality.
• Adheres to Baptist Health mission statements and policies.
• Ensures patient identification, history, and documentation are accurate.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology
