The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and hold BLS certification. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Registered through the ARRT within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance of services.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions.
• Complies with all regulations applicable to each modality.
• Positions patient and equipment for quality images.
• Applies principles of radiation safety.
• Assists in the supervision of student technologists.
