AdventHealth Hendersonville is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with patient safety as a priority. You will deliver high-quality images, maintain equipment, and comply with safety standards in a team-oriented hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-certification imaging experience.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Experience with EPIC or PACS imaging systems.
• Proficient in selecting technical factors for quality images.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Capable of maintaining EMR/PACS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures to department standards.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked and safe.
• Maintain equipment and perform safety checks.
• Monitor patient condition and comfort during procedures.
• Assist with patient transport and procedural setup.
• Cross-train into advanced modalities as needed.
• Document accurately in EMR and PACS systems.
• Communicate with staff to coordinate care.
