AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures, maintain room readiness, and ensure patient safety. The role requires exceptional infection control, patient interaction, and proficiency with radiographic equipment across departments including fluoroscopy and OR settings.

The candidate should have 2+ years of radiology experience, a BLS CPR certification, and RT(R) registration. A HS diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in radiology is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Registered Technologist – Radiography (RT(R)) is required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Practices infection control standards and uses PPE and disinfectants.
• Maintains a stocked, organized, and clean room; handles clerical duties and patient records.
• Performs direct patient care, monitors patient condition and ensures safety.
• Obtains patient history and explains procedures; performs radiology in all departments including OR/Fluoroscopy.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures safe, proper use of scanners and monitors.
