Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for the Greensboro Medical Plaza Northwest location. The role requires ARRT registry eligibility, BLS, and radiologic procedure experience. You will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams and coordinate with radiologists.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Documents patient history pertaining to the procedure on requisition.
• Verifies patient identity before procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist and physicians as needed.
• Operates equipment and positions patients accurately.
• Maintains departmental records as required.
