Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our Riverside imaging team. You will perform radiologic and fluoroscopy exams, monitor patient wellbeing, and address questions during procedures. Compliance with safety and HIPAA is essential, and you will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.

Required ARRT certification, state license in diagnostic radiologic technology, and BLS. At least one year of imaging experience is preferred; competitive benefits and sign-on

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and address questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and property, including medications on site.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.

You Will

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient’s well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• ARRT(R) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• Must have BLS certification

Pay Range: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
