Job summary

RadNet in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated imaging team. You will perform high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams, monitor patient well-being, and respond to physician questions while safeguarding patient information and on-site medications.

We require ARRT certification, state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, and BLS, with at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and address questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and property, including medications and PHI.
• Safeguards on-site medications per company policies and law.
• Respect company property, including cash and patient data on portals.
• Provide professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in clinical settings.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• ARRT(R) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• Must have BLS certification

Pay Range

$32.00 – $38.00 per hour
