Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL, seeks a Radiology Technologist for Per Diem shifts. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring image quality and patient care.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, participate in PI/QC activities, and handle image processing and transmission to PACS.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

2. ARRT-R is required.

3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

4. Current BCLS (AHA).

5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.

Pay Transparency

Saint Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $36.00 to $42.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
