Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist operates X-Ray and fluoroscopic equipment to produce routine radiographs of various body parts for patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role involves performing intravenous, subdural, and arterial radiographic studies and requires working independently and with minimal supervision in hospital areas. The technologist will primarily work with female patients over 35 years of age.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
  1. Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  2. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  3. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in diagnostic radiology.
  2. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other clinical specialties.
  3. Visual color acuity relevant to specific unit roles.
