Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide medical services at the scope and level of a Radiology Technician to ensure the health of employees and client personnel.
  2. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound. Document patient care services appropriately.
  3. Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and setting equipment parameters.
  4. Gain patient cooperation by explaining procedures and answering questions to reduce anxiety.
  5. Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff using protective techniques and devices.
  6. Follow infection control policies, manage drug reactions, administer first aid, and use emergency equipment as needed.
  7. Maintain quality and production standards by following procedures, developing images, and adjusting settings.
  8. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of radiology equipment, including troubleshooting and inventory management.
  9. Manage radiology supplies and inventory levels, including ordering and verifying receipt of supplies.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations.
  11. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Completion of an approved Radiology Technician program leading to a diploma, certificate, or associate degree.
  2. Unrestricted state license or ARRT certification.
  3. At least 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technician.
  4. Current certification in BLS or CPR.
  5. Experience performing CT procedures, including contrast exams.
  6. Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills.
  7. Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and common office equipment.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and operational needs.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills for inquiry resolution and prompt responses.
  10. Recent clinical experience in direct patient care, with a minimum of 6 months in the last year.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
  1. Sitting and standing for extended periods.
  2. Bending, stooping, and lifting as required for patient care and transport.
