Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide medical services as a Radiology Technician to maintain the health of employees and client personnel.
  2. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations such as X-rays, CT, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound. Document patient care in records.
  3. Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning and adjusting equipment.
  4. Gain patient cooperation by explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
  5. Minimize radiation exposure using protective techniques and devices.
  6. Follow infection-control policies, handle drug protocols, and respond to reactions appropriately.
  7. Maintain quality and production standards by developing and observing radiographic results.
  8. Ensure equipment operation through maintenance, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new techniques.
  9. Manage supplies and inventory effectively.
  10. Maintain a safe, clean working environment adhering to all regulations.
  11. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an approved Radiology Technician program leading to a diploma, certificate, or associate degree.
  • Unrestricted state license or ARRT certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Radiology Technician.
  • Current BLS or CPR certification.
  • Experience in performing CT procedures, including contrast exams.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and office equipment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to operational needs, including shift changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for inquiry resolution.
  • Recent clinical experience in direct patient care, with at least 6 months in the last year.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting as needed for patient care.
