Job summary

Desert Valley Hospital in Southern California is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring imaging quality and patient comfort. The role requires adherence to department protocols and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the imaging team, participate in PI/QC activities, and handle image processing and transmission to PACS. This part-time night-shift position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have current CRT issued by CDPH.
• Fluoroscopy permit required within 6 months of hire.
• Venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.
• ARRT-R certification required for this role.
• BCLS certificate required and current at hire.
• At least one year of Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with imaging systems.

• Functions as the first line interface with customers and meets imaging needs.

Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.00 to $42.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
