Job summary

Advocate Christ Medical Center's Radiology Department is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist. Typical shift 3pm–11:30pm, 32 hours/week, with alternating weekends and on-call possibilities.

The role focuses on accurate technique selection, safe patient handling, and high-quality imaging within a comprehensive health system. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, CPR and ARRT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiology information systems and clinical documentation.
• Clear communication with patients and care team required.

Responsibilities

• Determine radiographic technique and position patients for optimal images.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and PACS equipment to ensure quality exams.
• Label images correctly and follow department standards for image quality.
• Maintain patient care flow, safety, and professional conduct.
