Job summary

Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a CT Technologist to join our Radiology team. This full-time role will perform high quality CT imaging and MRI safety while delivering compassionate patient care.

Primarily 2nd shift, may include nights, holidays, weekends, and call. Requires ARRT registry, CT registry, and BLS within 6–12 months; strong teamwork and EMR/PACS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification of BLS within 6 months and continuously maintain.
• ARRT registry (General Radiography/CT) required and must be maintained.
• Advanced CT registry required within 12 months after first shift solo work in modality.
• Must maintain ARRT (R) (CT).

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality and accurate CT diagnostic imaging following established protocols.
• Interacts with patients, clinicians, and staff professionally and courteously.
• Ensures radiation safety, MRI safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Trains others on operation of imaging equipment and exposure techniques.
