Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a licensed radiologic technologist to perform diagnostic imaging including plain films, fluoroscopy, portable, and OR exams, as well as Bone Density scans. You will explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, monitor exposure, and ensure high-quality images are promptly submitted to PACS.

The role requires staying upright for long periods, lifting patients and equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiology Technology program.
• Current licensure or certification (ARRT-R and ARRT-BD) and BLS.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move patients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (plain films, fluoroscopy, portable, OR exams, Bone Density).
• Explain procedures to patients and position them correctly.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and submit high-quality images to PACS promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and assist with limited emergency CT procedures when needed.
