Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a radiologic technology student in the 2nd year to operate radiologic equipment and perform routine diagnostic radiographs in a patient-friendly environment. You will provide imaging services and age-appropriate patient care across neonate to geriatrics, under established standards and supervision.

No prior work experience is required; BCLS certification is requested upon hire to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 2nd year accredited radiologic technology program.
• No prior work experience required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to perform clinical diagnostic radiographs.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Delivers patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
