Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic exams for sports medicine and orthopedic surgeons, utilizing DR equipment in a clinic setting.

Day shift with Monday–Friday hours (8:00–4:30); full-time role also available in Dearborn and part-time option in the Detroit area. You will assess patients, assist physicians, and maintain records and equipment while producing high-quality images.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Imaging Program.
• ARRT certification or registry eligible; must obtain ARRT within one year post graduation; BLS, state license if required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic examinations for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic surgeons.
• Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs.
• Assesses patients.
• Assists the Physician in performing x-ray procedures.
• Maintains patient and departmental records, supplies and equipment.

Under the direction of the Physician performs Radiographic examinations for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic surgeons consistent with their perimeters. Clinic work environment.

Maintains patient and departmental records, supplies and equipment.

Education

• Required: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
• Preferred: Associates degree

Experience

• Preferred: 1-3 years

Certifications

• Required: ARRT or registry eligible; must have ARRT within one year post graduation; BLS, state license if required
