Job summary

East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is seeking a Radiology Technologist with mammography qualifications to join our imaging team.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, adhere to HFAP/TJC/local regulations, and ensure timely image transmission to PACS for review and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT-R certification and state fluoroscopy permit.
• Ohio license in radiology.
• BCLS (AHA) certification.
• At least one year of Radiology Technologist experience.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
• Acts as first line interface with patients to fulfill imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.

Additional Qualifications:

ARRT-R,M is required

Valid Ohio License

Successful completion of 40 hours of Mammographytraining.

Continuing Education:MQSA/FDA 15 CE's every 3 years, 200 documented case numbers every two years.

Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

• 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• 2. ARRT-R is required.
• 3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• 4. Current BCLS (AHA).
• 5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• 6. Proficient computer skills.
