Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado seeks a Radiology Technologist to operate X-ray equipment and support radiology services for diverse patient groups, under Radiologist supervision. You will explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout imaging and therapy procedures.

Requirements include AMA-approved Radiology Tech training, ARRT certification, BLS, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. Prior acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiology Technology training required.
• Maintain ARRT certification with continuing education.
• BLS Certification required.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift patients/equipment up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs.
• Under Radiologist supervision, perform x-ray therapy and explain procedures.
• Serve ED, in-hospital, and outpatient patients.
• Perform procedures per protocols for ages neonate to geriatric.
• Maintain expert patient-care and diagnostic skills.
