Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Tech in Harper, KS to join a community hospital serving two communities within reach of Wichita. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support patient diagnosis.

The ideal candidate has Kansas licensure, ARRT certification, and proven CT and general X-ray experience, with a focus on safety and quality imaging. After-hours on-call rotation is required; an efficiency apartment is available on-site for on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Kansas.
• ARRT certified.
• Proven experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment.
• CT experience and interest in general X-ray work.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate X-ray and CT equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Position patients accurately for optimal imaging.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for safety and accuracy.
• Review images for quality and document imaging records.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to interpret images.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other technologists; a nearby efficiency apartment is available on-site.
